A summary of the 2024 consultations on the Digital ID Rules 2024, Digital ID (Accreditation) Rules 2024, Digital ID (Accreditation) Data Standards 2024, and Australian Government Digital ID System Data Standards 2024 (the rules and data standards) is now available.

The rules and data standards, which commenced on 1 December 2024, establish a robust and effective legal framework governing the accreditation scheme and Australian Government Digital ID System.
